Common Good Plan wins runner up for the Pensions & Investments Innovation Award 2021 for best innovation in Plan Design

The best in the global pensions and retirement industry were recognized at the 2021 Pensions & Investments‘ Innovation Awards in The Hague, Netherlands, and the Common Good Plan walked away with the Runner Up Award for best innovation in plan design. This is not the first time the plan has been recognized internationally, but it is an honour that comes from one of the world’s leading industry publications for money management. The Common Good Plan was up against Australia’s QSuper, one of the most respected multi-billion dollar pension funds in the world.

“Some 850,000 not-for-profit employees across Canada do not have access to a workplace retirement plan, and many working in SMEs struggle to access high-quality retirement benefits. Created by a collaboration of not-for-profit foundations across Canada, the Common Good Plan is designed to support more precarious workforces and organisations that often lack financial certainty.”

We share this award with Canada’s not-for-profit community, including the over 50 Common Good employers from 12 provinces and territories who are helping their staff achieve retirement success!
